The HCSR501 PIR Motion Sensor is a cutting-edge device that has gained widespread popularity in the field of home automation and security systems. One of its key features is its low power consumption, making it an energy-efficient option for both residential and commercial use. The PIR sensor operates on 4.5 ~ 20 DC voltage with remarkably low current requirements.
This significantly reduces your overall energy costs while ensuring continuous monitoring and detection capabilities at all times. Moreover, the compact size and durable design make this PIR sensor perfect for various applications such as burglar alarms, automatic lighting control systems, or even DIY projects requiring motion-sensing technology. Experience unrivaled efficiency without compromising on performance with our HCSR501 PIR Motion Sensor – Powering tomorrow’s possibilities today!
The PIR motion sensor features an adjustable time delay function that allows for customization of the sensor’s response time. To adjust the time delay, first locate the potentiometer on the back of the sensor module labeled H. Using a small screwdriver, turn this potentiometer clockwise to increase or counterclockwise to decrease the time delay. The PIR Sensor range for adjustment is from 3 seconds to approximately 5 minutes. It is recommended to test and adjust in small increments until the desired response timing is achieved. This feature makes the PIR sensor versatile for various applications such as security systems, automatic lighting control, and energy-saving devices.
